LuckeySystems uses data only to operate the features and services described below. Jarvis AI does not automatically send LuckeySystems your desktop conversations, code, files, terminal output, microphone audio, or continuous camera feed.
What stays local and what may leave
Local by default
- Raw microphone audio is transcribed on the device.
- Speech output is generated locally.
- Continuous camera frames used for gestures and the character mirror are processed locally.
- License and preference files are stored on the device.
Sent when needed
- Conversation text goes to the model provider you configure.
- Selected terminal, file, and tool results may be included when needed for your request.
- A screen or camera snapshot may be sent to that provider only when you explicitly ask Jarvis to look.
- Provider accounts, retention, and charges are governed by that provider.
License and commerce
- Keygen receives the license key and a hashed device fingerprint for activation and periodic revalidation, normally every six hours when reachable.
- A signed entitlement permits offline starts for at most 30 days after a successful check.
- Stripe processes checkout, receipts, billing, refunds, and disputes.
- Resend delivers invitations and license emails.
- Netlify hosts the site, functions, forms, and commerce state.
Optional website analytics
- PostHog does not load until you choose “Allow analytics.”
- Session replay, DOM autocapture, form-value capture, and surveys are disabled.
- Rejecting or opting out clears Jarvis PostHog browser state.
- Essential site and checkout functions work without analytics.
Human support
- Paying customers receive the private support address in their purchase/license email.
- You choose what to include in the email and send it through your own email provider.
- Jarvis does not attach diagnostics, files, prompts, transcripts, screenshots, model output, or license keys automatically.
Your choices
Camera use is optional. Model-provider selection is yours. Website analytics is optional and can be changed at any time.
