END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Simple terms for Jarvis AI.
By purchasing, installing, activating, or using Jarvis AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Effective July 23, 2026. The desktop application presents the same version during first-run setup and records the version accepted.
License and updates
Personal license
Jarvis AI is licensed, not sold. One purchaser may use a personal license on up to two computers they control. You may not share, resell, rent, publish, or bypass a license key or activation controls. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
“Lifetime”
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that includes the purchased version and updates LuckeySystems makes generally available during the commercial life of the product. It does not promise that development, support, third-party services, or compatibility will continue forever.
Bring your own provider
You supply a supported model-provider account. Provider subscriptions, API usage, availability, terms, and charges are separate from the Jarvis AI license and are your responsibility.
Automation
Jarvis AI can run commands, edit or delete files, and interact with applications and coding agents. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. You are responsible for approval settings, reviewing actions and output, maintaining backups, and supervising use.
Data, refunds, and responsibility
- Raw microphone audio and continuous gesture analysis stay on your computer. Your configured provider receives conversation text and may receive selected terminal, file, or tool results needed to answer you. Screen or camera snapshots are sent only when you explicitly request a feature that needs them.
- LuckeySystems does not receive this desktop content. Activation and periodic validation send the license key, a hashed device fingerprint, and activation metadata to Keygen. Purchases and delivery use Stripe and Resend.
- A full refund is available when requested within 24 hours after the completed payment. Reply to the purchase or license email from the address used at checkout. A refund ends the associated license and activation rights. After 24 hours, purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jarvis AI is provided as available, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. LuckeySystems’ total liability relating to the software is limited to the amount paid for the affected license. Rights or liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
- LuckeySystems may suspend or revoke a license after a refund, chargeback, fraud, license sharing, activation bypass, or material breach of these terms.
