REFUND POLICY
24 hours to request a refund.
A full refund is available when you request it within 24 hours after your completed Jarvis AI payment.
The request window starts when Stripe confirms the completed payment. The time your request is sent determines whether it is within the 24-hour window.
How it works
Request
Reply to the purchase or license email from the same email address used at checkout. Include enough receipt or order information to identify the payment. The private support address is included in that email for paying customers.
License
A full refund ends the associated Jarvis AI license and activation rights. Activated devices will stop validating that license after the refund is processed.
After 24 hours
Purchases are final after the 24-hour request window except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Processing
LuckeySystems processes eligible requests through the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s bank control when the returned funds appear.
